DMCA TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
Classic Rock Fanclub designs are original works, created in-house. We're a small operation run by a musician, and we take other people's intellectual property seriously — both because it's right and because we've been on the other side of it.
If you believe one of our products infringes a copyright, trademark, or other right you own or represent, tell us and we'll look at it right away. Here's how that works.
Step 1 — Send us the details
Use the form below, or email support@classicrockfanclub.com if you have documents to attach.
Either way, please include:
- Your name and contact information
- Your relationship to the rights holder (owner, employee, attorney, or authorized agent)
- The direct link to each product you're reporting
- A description of the work, mark, or likeness you're claiming
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
We ask for all of this so we can act on your request instead of writing back for clarification. Incomplete reports slow things down for both of us.
Step 2 — We review it
You'll hear back from a person, not an autoresponder, within two business days. Requests are reviewed by the owner directly.
Step 3 — We act
Where a claim is substantiated, we remove the product from the store promptly and it isn't republished. If we think a design doesn't infringe, we'll tell you why rather than ignore you — and we'll keep talking.
Reporting something here is the fastest way to get it resolved. It goes straight to the person who can pull a listing, with no queue in between.
